Jacaranda Festival

Get ready for an incredible Jacaranda Festival in Biami Yumba Park, Fig Tree Pocket on Saturday 9 November, beginning at 2:00pm!

There is 16 free educational workshops and wellness sessions still open for registration—everything from yoga and robotics to mastering BBQ like a Michelin-star chef.

These workshops are free, but spots are limited, so make sure to register at goodpeople.com.au/workshops.

For some added fun, check out our neighbour-friendly Silent Disco, the only paid event, raising funds for a local school project. Here’s what’s on:

Kids: Dance with favourite characters like Bluey, Peppa Pig, and Paw Patrol.

Teens: Enjoy an afternoon of games and great music.

Adults: Three music channels with 80s, 90s, and 00s hits, plus frozen margaritas, and craft beer—with bar proceeds supporting community projects like the seniors’ Christmas party.

A huge thank you to the 200+ volunteers making this event possible. You’re amazing!

Join us for a fantastic day of community fun at the Jacaranda Festival—see you there!
